Working Out with a Friend

Working out with a friend brings a sense of accountability to the workout. I always feel like I am not able to skip a workout without letting down my buddy and possibility encouraging her to mimic my bad behaviour. I joined the gym at my office with another girl from my department and we workout during our lunch hour. There are many days where one or both of us do not feel like going but we both know that we need to continue working out. It is a nice break from our stressful day at the office and encouraging to know that someone else shares your passion for wellbeing. I am more likely to skip if it is just myself as opposed to disappointing someone else as well.
