No butter. Not much oil. Made my own soup broth with leftover peels i’ve been freezing for storage. Used organic onions from local farm. And love, lots of it. I was naughty and added store-bought vegan cheese (soy “cheese”) on top melted. Not the healthiest most natural eco thing but it’s ok to splurge sometimes. Yum!
