I recently tried out ungava, a gin made with indigenous, Quebec herbs from the North. Loved it, even with just a bit of water. In fact no need to use tonic. I’d say buy a more ordinary gin for gin and tonic. Thank you Ekodefi for pointing us to local products. It was a good reminder.
