It is very interesting, because now that I have reduced my sodium intake and started to cook without salt in my food, I find that when I go out to eat, the food is way too salty. So when I cook now, I add lots of herbs and spices such as: garlic powder, basil, oregano, turmeric and others. I also make sure that when I use Soya sauce or vegetable broth I use only low sodium products. I rarely purchase processed foods and I seem to be more aware of labels when I am in the store shopping for groceries.
