The three symptoms of SAD are :
– Less energy
– Trouble concentrating
– Fatigue

read a new book by your fireplace or do a craft, talk to people online, new ones. Sign up to learn a new sport for winter, learn to play an instrument. Watch a play, draw, paint, hang out with a new club.
