I deleted my Twitter app over a year ago. I am now happier and less bitter towards things I can’t change. Recently I deleted my Facebook app. I use the safari browser to check Facebook sometimes but I am on it way less than before. I have a “no phones in the bathroom” rule which makes the day go by with more purpose. I like not having my phone all the time. I have more time to myself and it’s healthier for me and my marriage. I need to cook and read and exercise more, not check stupid social media and useless apps.
