Sweet Kale!

2 cups of baby kale
1/4 of an avocado
1 cup of frozen pineapple
1 cup of water
1 tsp of ground chia seeds
pinch of ground ginger or some fresh ginger

Just put it all in a blender and blend away! You might need to open it up and push the stuff around a couple of times or add more water if it’s too thick. It’s a delicious way to enjoy your kale and a very satisfying breakfast! It does taste very “green though”…my three year old daughter is not a fan of this unless I also add a frozen banana to sweeten it up!
