I find that making sure I spend time in the sun makes all the difference to my level of anxiety and even sense of productivity. Whenever I can I find a little patch of sun by our local market and have my lunch outside there. I will also walk to work every morning and take my time going through the sunny patches by the river and in the park. If you spend all day in an office – I find those little moments of feeling your skin warmed by the sun make all the difference to your day. Once the winter sets in, I hope to keep walking to work in the mornings, and taking time on the weekends to take little walks in the sun – even if that means bringing along a hot cup of cocoa to stay warm!
