Every day, no matter how busy I am, I take time to go for a walk and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. There is a park nearby my house that has a lovely trail, 16 km long. I enjoy a brisk walk, between 30 and 60 minutes long. I try to walk in the morning, so that after my walk I feel rejuvenated and ready to take on the day. 2 or 3 times a week I change it up and get out my bicycle and ride instead. I am fortunate to have bike and hiking trails close by so I have no excuse not to get out. Some days I take my granddaughter to the park to play outside, swing and just have fun.
