We haven’t taken any holidays, but we like to take off at the end of the day and drive out to the beach. It gives the perfect amount of time on the beach and then end the evening with an ice cream, while we watch the sunset. Our children love this, as the beach is a little quieter and we pretty much have it all to ourselves.
