Sunbathing as often as possible

My favorite way to relax is by sitting by water (beach, pool, lake) and enjoying the sun. This is definitely my type of challenge. I could do this everyday! I know the sun can be very dangerous if you get to much. Skin cancer is on the rise now. So if you are going to sit in the sun, be sure to use a good sunscreen with enough protection to keep the bad rays from affecting your body. Use at least a 35. That way you will get a tan but still keep the dangerous rays away! Also, be sure you reapply sunscreen after you go in the water or after a couple of hours in the sun. Have fun!
