It was beautiful so we decided to drive out to the country and check out one of the sugar shacks in Rigaud.
We hiked through knee high snow on the trails surrounding the shack, bought fresh bread at their bakery, rode a horse drawn buggy and sampled maple syrup on the snow, tire, as it is called in Quebec.
