I used Women’s Health Magazine for ideas on staying healthy during holidays. Holiday food is so tempting and an easy way to eat less is to drink a large full glass of water before eating. This fills your stomach up before eating. Another thing is don’t let different food touch on your plate. If you have spaces between your food it can’t heap up into a mountain. Lastly for drinking wine you can dilute it with tonic water, which makes it bubbly and less wine!
