Less energy.
Trouble concentrating.
Fatigue.
Greater appetite.
Increased desire to be alone.
Greater need for sleep.
Weight gain.
For me, I always try getting outside everyday with my daughter…even if it’s too cold for anything more than a walk to the mailbox. My husband gets outside for his work, but he does outdoor activities with us on the weekends and in the evenings.
