Risk Factors of Cardiovascular Diseases

There are many risk factors for Cardiovascular Diseases. Some of these factors cannot be changed but others can be treated or changed with an adjustment in lifestyle.
Some of the risk factors are :
– Physical Inactivity. It is something that can increase your risk of heart disease and stroke by 50% and can easily be changed by adding more activity to your day.
– Type 2 Diabetes – If you don’t control your diabetes then it increases your risk.
– High Saturated Fat Diet – Eat less foods with saturated fat and your body will appreciate it.
