Relaxing sleep time

I have a number of things I do to try and wind down.
These include
-Having a hot chocolate with a little bit of Bailey’s to make me sleepy and to warm my belly
-Relax with a book until I can feel the pull of sleep
-Listen to something that makes me sleepy like podcasts or music
-Do some relaxing yoga
-Have a relaxing bath

And sometimes I’m so sleepy I’ll just pass straight out.
