Relaxation for bed

I have a lot of trouble going to sleep some nights. I have tried doing things like removing anything that shows the time, using black out drapes, trying a sleeping mask, etc. I have found lately the best thing for me is to relax a half hour before I am going to sleep with a pot of herbal tea and a good book to read. This puts my body into sleep mode and once I turn off the lights I drift off must faster.
