As a nurse who works shifts, a good night or day sleep is essential! To prepare for a good rest, I have invested in both memory foam and new winter sheets. I also ensure I turn off my cell phone and tv at least 30 minutes before bed and I usually relax in my room with a candle. I have started cutting out eating before bed as it helps me sleep better.
