Before I go to bed every night, I try to do yoga for 20-30 minutes to become fully relaxed. I use an app on my iPad that walks you through step by step a yoga flow that really relaxes the body and the mind. It has greatly improved my sleeping and has allowed me to feel refreshed every morning that I have started. I strongly recommend something that relaxes the body and the mind before bedtime.
