Relax

Our days can be quite stressful with not much relaxation or “me” time. Before going to bed, I turn the volume off my phone, put it in flight mode or turn it off. I then light a candle and think of everything i am greatful for. I can also add in some meditation here. Then I read. I dim the light and read about 1 chapter of a book or if i’m too tired i will only read 1 page. Then i shut the light and blow out the candle. I will then tell myself i love myself and give myself positive energy so i can sleep in peace.
