Reducing Sodium in the Diet

The best tip I found is cooking things from scratch. This means that you know exactly what’s going in your food and you can adapt and change a recipe to lower the salt so it complements but does not turn it into sodium overload. There is so much sodium in packaged food that you don’t even realize is there, so if you can cut them out of your diet as much as possible then your body will thank you and not just from a sodium point of view.
