How to protect yourself against the flu:
– Get vaccinated
– Wash your hands.
– Avoid touching mouth and eyes.
– Avoid sick people/ wash hands after
– Sleep enough
– Eat healthy and drink lots of fluids
– Reduce stress. If you are stressed you attack your own system and are more vulnerable
– Garlic–eat lots of it when you feel you might be starting to get sick. Garlic helps your immune system and fights off vampires (2 in 1). And its so yum. Garlic bread mmmmmmm!
