I found the perfect place to work-out today with my three year old daughter in tow. There is a park in my town that has a long staircase (50+ steps, I will have to count them when I go tomorrow) and at the bottom of the steps is a huge sandbox for kids. So I brought the sand toys and a snack for my daughter and I ran up and down the stairs for 15 minutes while she played. Then I lied on the ground and did some ab work. Then I took her to the playground at the top of the stairs and I really moved and played with her, doing squats while pushing her on the swing. It felt great! It was free! And we both had fun!
