My children are grown (25 and 28 years old), but our Christmas traditions mean much to them. It’s not only the family dinner with all the traditional food that we make, or the special cookies and treats reserved just for the holidays. The most special to them is still their Christmas stockings. Whatever gifts they have to unwrap, nothing excites them more than taking down their stuffed stockings to discover what treats and surprises are hidden inside. I enjoy watching them sort out their loot and hope they carry on this tradition with their own children.
