New habits

I always thought my friends were crazy for requiring shoes to be removed at the door. Now that I think about it, it’s kind of disgusting to think what comes in from outside on the bottom of our shoes. So we have decided to make a change around here! We will rent a carpet cleaner and get all of the old dirt out and from now on, shoes go off at the door! No matter what! The house will be cleaner and safer for everyone…especially my young daughter and the children I will be babysitting here in a couple of weeks!
