Over the course of the last month, I have taken more time to reflect on myself and my current mindset to help better my life in as many ways as I can. One way I take time to reflect is through my daily exercise, which involves running. To me, running is the perfect way to look back on your day or even week and remember past events. It has truly helped me to become a more open and accepting person of events going on in my life.
