My own meatball soup

Meatballs:
Half a pound extra lean ground chicken
teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/4 cup red lentils

Soup:
3 small carrots
2 stalks celery
1/2 large onion
4 cloves of fresh garlic
1 small turnip
1 small tomato
1/cup fresh or frozen spinach
1/4 cup orzo
1 quart low sodium chicken bone broth
