My health is very important to me. Eating properly and exercising are part of my daily routine. Everyday before work I brisk walk to the community mailbox to collect my mail. I find brisk walking increases my heart rate and blood flow. It really does help keep me in shape. Another outdoor exercise I enjoy is stretching and light weights in my yard on a sunny day. The sound of the birds singing is very soothing and just being outside feels wonderful. Honestly I am not picky where I work out as long as I am getting some form of exercise.
