I actually received this recipe from my brother when I asked him for a few tips on how I might be able to meet my wedding goals a little bit quicker.
He shared this recipe and it is by far my favourite:
1.5 C Natural Orange Juice
1 C Spinach
1 Banana
2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
My favourite part of the recipe is how adaptable it is – you can add extra ingredients such as raspberries, strawberries, etc. to taste. I also like to add ice to keep the smoothie cold throughout the day and to enhance the texture. It is perfect for breakfast on the go or a quick snack throughout the day.
