My favourite green smoothie consists of the following ingredients:
-1/2 cup cranberry juice (pure/unsweetened)
-1/2 cup kale
-1/2 cup frozen blueberries
-1/4 cup frozen strawberries
-2 tbsp green vegan protein powder
-1 tsp cinnamon
Blend in a quality blender and then you have a nice, smooth, cold/frozen smoothies which is my favorite. All fruit needs to be frozen. This way you get more of a slushie drink, and you don’t have to dilute the drink with ice.
It is my favourite morning smoothie.
