My BMI

I discovered that my BMI is 19.3% which is considered healthy and normal weight. If your BMI is under 18.5 then you are underweight. If your BMI is between 18.5 and 24.9 you are normal and ideal. Lastly if your BMI is 25 and above you are overweight. A body mass index of 30 or more is considered obesity. Having a healthy weight is important because is can prevent and control many diseases and conditions that would otherwise cause health risk. Environment, family history genetics and metabolism are all factors that contribute to maintaining a healthy weight and lifestyle.
