Many nights I find myself wound up from the days activities it can be hard to relax at bedtime. There are a few ways I relax at bedtime. One of the ways is to have a nice relaxing warm bath. That tends to relax my muscles and usually helps me sleep well. Another way I relax is to read a book. Reading a book is very helpful to relax my mind enough to sleep.
