Mother knows best

My mother taught me to make my bed when i got up first thing. It was one thing that you could say was finished for the day. It started things off right. She also taught us to be thankful. We always sent a heartfelt card to someone that did something for us or just because. Appreciate the ones that you love and tell them. I just sent a card to friends who are going through problems and they called me in tears thanking me. You never know when just a small thing can be huge to someone else. My mom taught me to be kind and put your family first.
