Every spring we hit the sugar shack (at least once)! This is me and my daughter on the tractor ride out to the shack! Ready to have some yummy pancakes! This spring was a bit cool so we’re bundled up but it’s spring nonetheless…snow is melting and the promise of warmer weather is there…There is nothing better than the fresh, sweet, warm maple syrup on those fluffy, delicious pancakes! And this year we even went to an authentic Sugar Shack outside Gatineau. We loved it and will be back again!
