Low sodium diet
We should consume less than 2,300 mg of sodium per day. My best way to lower my sodium intake is to lower my processed food intake and increase different salad types.
If I need to replace salt by something else to give taste, I would roast garlic, different herbs such as Herbes de Provence, Dill, curry, olive oil with balsamic vinegar, when using butter, I use unsalted butter.
I also stopped buying cans, canned beans, vegetables, etc…
I also don’t eat a lot of meat, I use Tofu, I make sauce based with tahini.
