One of the most important promises that you make are the ones that you make to yourself. This is what a resolution is for. I went to Web MD to see what advice they offered to keep our resolutions. They say to break down your resolutions and not try to do everything at the same time. Give your willpower a workout is one of the first suggestions. See what you can challenge yourself to. Then make reasonable goals and break down one resolution at a time. This way, you are more likely to keep many of the promises you make to yourself and to others.
