At first I didn’t think I could go three days without a complaint, not even about the weather! The first day was hard…I had to keep reminding myself but the next days after, I was so busy with family obligations that the three days went by. I think I am more aware of my thoughts and actions after this exercise and I hope to continue my positive outlook.
This second day I really didn’t even think of complaining. I had a sick day and spent it at home with my dogs and cats. I enjoyed every minute and was very grateful that I was able to have a day to rest and get better.
Finally came the third day. I didn’t even think to complain about anything anymore, just positive thoughts and grateful thanks for everything, and i did feel really good about myself, so i think these small challenges make a difference.
