How to Keep My New Year’s Resolution

My New Year’s Resolution this year is simple –to be happy. Although it sounds like a non-resolution, to me it is much more. It is a resolution to do things that I love, be healthy, and in turn be happy. That is not to say that everything I do will always make me happy, rather to be intentional about being happy with the choices that I make.

WebMD talks about ways that you can stick to your resolutions and I am trying to follow those ideas:
-break it up (dont expect to be able to do everything at once)
-make one change at a time
-lift your spirits
-outwit your inner rebel
