We all have choices to make and we all have our priorities. The 3 controllable risks I have are Alcohol, Smoking & Stress. I do know that the smoking part will not be an issue as I’ve stopped smoking almost 6 months ago. For the Stress I already started to work on a good morning routine, a 15 minutes routine after I drink my glass of warm water and freshly squeezed lemon juice. I already started to see a difference such as less tachycardia moments…
For alcohol, I am not ready to make any changes as I love to drink a good wine with my food.
