We throw lots of BBQ’s in the summer… I don’t bother with disposable dishes! We have lots of dishes…Corel or patio plastic and a dishwasher so it’s no trouble to use our own dishes! Alos, the side dishes are made with veggies form our own garden as much as possible….potatoes, tomatoes, cucumbers, beans! The meat is also from a local butcher who uses locally raised meat, no pre-packaged frozen stuff here!…We’re also sure food waste goes in the composter and those beer cans and bottles get saved for recycling! All of these things make our BBQ a bit greener!!!
