Enjoying the sun

Since I usually work in an outdoor-type environment, I am blessed to be able to enjoy the sun when I am working daylight hours and try to avoid too much exposure. I know that the sun provides a means for our bodies to produce Vitamin D and how this is essential to good health. When it is fall/winter season, I try to go for a walk outside everyday to enjoy the sun and I also take a Vitamin D supplement as advised by my physician. I also like to participate in some outdoor activities and sports such as hiking which is helpful to get needed sunshine and for exercise.
