I tend to find myself out walking in order to enjoy the sun. I really find that even a quick 5 minute stroll outside can really make me feel much better – less stressed, more refreshed, and more focused.
I try to step outside for a quick walk at least once a day to make sure that I am back to balanced and feeling ready to continue doing whatever it is that I am doing.
I also walk to and from work in order to spend some time outside and refresh myself. I find that walk gets me ready for the day and makes me feel better at the end of the day.
