I have researched how much each group of fruits and vegetables have more vitamins in it, in order to build up strength to fight the flu. I found that brussels spouts and other vegetables contain more Vitamin C than some fruits. I am surprised that even a potato contains more Vitamin C than an orange, so I will eat more potatoes and vegetables oven-baked at home.
