On day 1 I did complain about the weather a bit, and that was not really that productive. I also complained about the people who were phoning and harassing my grandmother for money, but that one felt like it was justified!
On day 2 I managed not to complain about anything, even though there were things I would have ordinarily complained about. It was good to see that I was able to be more aware of when I wanted to complain but to stop myself from doing it.
On day 3 I was successful at not whining about things as much as I normally would. I think though that I turned my whines into more questions so not sure I was entirely successful in completely changing my habits, so I think I need to spend a bit more time and awareness on eliminating the tendency to whine.
