Daily walks

I love walking in the early mornings when everything smell fresh and clean, its semi quiet I say semi because if you’re walking on the streets the traffic is not as crazy. The weekends are the best because its even more quiet, anyway I try to walk to a near by park and get to smell the air a little more.

I walk because I find it helps with my Rheumatoid arthritic there are times when it seem impossible to move but I push even harder I am determine not to let this disease control my life so 10 to 30 minutes everyday goes a long way.
