I have made myself the commitment to exercise at minimum 30 a day 7 days a week but my work schedule is not very conducive to a regular workout routine or even permissible — at times — of a 30 min reprieve. So I decided to combine my exercise with my commute and started biking to work every day. As a result, I actually save time on my daily commuting because I am no longer at the mercy of the public transportation schedule. Furthermore, I get to enjoy about 70 minutes a day of fresh air and exercise in the outdoors as I cycle to and from work.
