The third time I restarted this challenge was the keeper. After a few hours of not complaining, my mood lifted. It also made listening to others’ complaints less draining.

P.S.: This is my third day of the challenge. As I didn’t know how to submit my journal entry, I am submitting Entry 1 today.
Complaint-Free, Day 2
I worked independently so I found myself monitoring my inner dialogue. It was a good exercise to limit the negative inner chatter. Just like my first day complaint-free, I found myself more cheerful than usual.
Complaint-Free, Day 3
The third day of going complaint-free found me less willing to listen to the complaints of others. (Not too compassionate, eh?) Instead of being drawn into a conversation of complaining, I tried to change the subject.
