Calculate your calories

According to the Mayo Clinic, I need 2030 calories per day based on my height, weight and activity level. Working as a nurse, I am on my feet for 8 or more hours a day, so I think this could be tweaked but it is a good start to calorie counting and to begin my weight loss journey. I am going to use this when I start my weight loss journey at work – we are doing the biggest loser.
