I used the BMI calculator from the Canadian Diabetes Association. My thoughts about the results were that i was normal, which is great. I am just the right weight for my height. That is good because I don’t have to change my diet or exercise plan. I hope that others will find this number useful as well. So just google BMI calculator and go to the Canadian Diabetes Association website and you will be on your way to discovering how healthy you are and what you need to do to improve your health.
