To complete the BMI challenge, I used the following website: http://www.bmi-calculator.net/
This website gave an easy way to calculate BMI, and offered follow up tests you could opt to complete to give yourself a better overall concept of what your fitness or body condition was.
It was good that it indicated that this test alone was not a good indicator of your fitness, and that this index could not separate certain things such as bone density so this may skew a result.
I was impressed overall with this website, and feel as though it gave me a solid picture of my fitness, and risk factors given my body composition.
